About Kristan

Kristan Dally is an accomplished textile professional with over two decades of experience bridging creative artistry and technical engineering. Her passion for the craft was sparked as a child visiting her grandfather at work—watching him weave carpets with a manufacturing mill in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. That early wonder grew into a lifelong career: after earning a B.S. in Weaving from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, Kristan went on to direct cross-functional teams across product development, process management, and R&D. Throughout her career, she has led innovations in Dobby and Jacquard production weaving, warp and circular knitting, and fabric finishing—including conceptualizing, branding, and launching her own Made in the USA sustainable fabric line. Today, Kristan combines heritage craftsmanship, strategic leadership, and cutting-edge technology to transform complex technical requirements into high-performance, visually compelling textiles built for durability and scale.
